By accessing or using any services provided by Adokt (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our website, services, training programs, or consultation services.
Adokt provides AI-driven digital marketing services, including but not limited to: digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, search engine optimization, website development, mobile application development, AI integration, training programs, and business consultation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties.
Payment terms, fees, and billing cycles are agreed upon in the Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
Upon full payment, all creative deliverables, website assets, and custom content produced for your project become your property. Adokt retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless requested otherwise in writing.
Our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, AI workflows, training materials, and internal tools remain the exclusive property of Adokt.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement — including business strategies, financial data, customer lists, and technical information. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
Adokt's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Digital marketing results are influenced by many external factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered to the termination date. Adokt will deliver all completed work product for which payment has been received.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We encourage all disputes to first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
